Rajesh Power Services gains on bagging orders worth Rs 921.89 crore

Rajesh Power Services is currently trading at Rs. 1567.30, up by 21.90 points or 1.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 1545.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1589.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1605.00 and Rs. 1550.05 respectively. So far 124400 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1639.00 on 22-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 636.50 on 02-Dec-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1624.95 and Rs. 1476.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2822.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.84% and 22.76% respectively.

Rajesh Power Services has received orders worth Rs 921.89 crore (including taxes) from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company (UGVCL) for turnkey projects for conversion of existing 11kV HT overhead networks into underground cable systems and Installation of 11kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC) across multiple locations in Gujarat. The orders are to be executed within 18 months.

Rajesh Power Services (RPSL) is amongst the largest players in the country, firmly established in the underground power transmission and infrastructure EPC space.
