Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Fischer Medical Ventures has informed that the Company has invested 100% in the wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘FMV Global Innovations Pte Limited.’ Further, the existing wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ‘FMV International Ventures Pte Limited’ has invested 100% in ‘FMV Technologies Sdn Bhd’. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR / CFD / CMD / 4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure A.
