In furtherance to earlier intimations, Parshva Enterprises has informed that today, both Parshva Enterprises and Simandhar lmpex have filed the Certified Copy of the Order passed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench, with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and consequently all conditions precedent to the effectiveness of the Scheme are satisfied. Accordingly, the Scheme has become effective from Friday, 17th October, 2025. The Appointed Date (as defined in the Scheme & Order) is 1st April, 2024.
