Fabtech Technologies has informed that the Limited Review Report and the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, and for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, pertaining to Fabtech Technologies LLC, a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of the Company, are currently under completion of necessary procedural formalities. Consequently, the finalization and submission of the same will require additional time. Accordingly, the Meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 is now postponed and re-scheduled to be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, to consider and approve: Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025; Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025.
