Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Filatex Fashions has informed that Chintala Srinivasa Rao, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons. The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the services rendered by Chintala Srinivasa Rao and for his contribution during his tenure as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable candidate for the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The same will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course, in accordance with applicable regulations. The information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure - A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Srinivasa Rao Chintala that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter, which is enclosed as Annexure-B.
