Indus Fila has informed that in furtherance to the disclosure made on October 28, 2025, regarding the reconstitution of the board committees, it has inadvertently made a typographical error in the particulars of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Chairman of the committee was incorrectly stated as Harshvardhan Chandak instead of Kanikella Hepzibah Rathna Glory. Following this correction, the committee constitution now as enclosed.
