Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of the India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Integra Engineering India has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to consider, approve and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, and/or to discuss any other business with the permission of the Chair. In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of the India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results.
