Omaxe has entered into a Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreement for sale of its entire 100% equity shareholding in M/s Colors Real Estate to M/s Omaxe World Street (another Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Omaxe). Consequent to the above transaction, M/s Colors Real Estate ceased to be a direct wholly owned subsidiary and became a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe with effect from October 29, 2025.
