Shetron has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 7th November, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2025. Further, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been kept closed from 1st October, 2025 and will remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results on 7th November, 2025. This closure is applicable to the Company’s Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, and other Connected Persons. The above information is being given in compliance with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEBI guidelines, and relevant provisions of Corporate Laws.
