Garware Technical Fibres has informed that the Investor's Education and Protection Fund Authority (‘IEPFA’), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) has vide circular 16/07/2025 requested companies to launch a 100 days Campaign – ‘Saksham Niveshak’, from 28th July 2025 to 6th November, 2025 (‘the Campaign’) to reach out to shareholders whose dividend remain unpaid/unclaimed. In terms of above circular, the company has enclosed communication for creating awareness among shareholders to update their details and claim any unpaid / unclaimed dividends before they get transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (‘IEPF’).
