Vishnu Prakash R Punglia has informed that Neha Matnani, designated as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the said post with effective from closing of business hours on October 31, 2025, due to personal reasons. The same has been accepted by the Company and she has been relieved from her duties with effect from today, October 31, 2025. Consequently, she also ceased to be the Company’s Key Managerial Personnel and also the designated person authorized to make disclosures to the stock exchanges with the effect from the said date.
