Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), PDS has informed that Simple Approach, a step-down subsidiary of the Company based in Hong Kong (‘Simple Approach, HK’), has incorporated a new entity in the United Kingdom under the name Simple Approach-UK Limited, effective October 31, 2025. The said entity has been incorporated as a subsidiary of Simple Approach, HK. The required disclosure, as per Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, is provided in Annexure I to this intimation.
