In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Skipper has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 07th November, 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025. Further, in continuation to its letter dated 26th September, 2025, regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till 09th November, 2025 (until expiry of 48 hours after the un-published price sensitive information are submitted to the Stock Exchanges) in terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’.
