Prima Plastics has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated Ind-AS Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025. Further, in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results by the Company.
