Further, in continuation to intimation dated September 30, 2025 and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2025, and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results to the Stock Exchange.
