Further in continuation to its earlier letter dated September 26, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company’s Internal code for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives has been already closed from October 01, 2025 and will be reopened Forty Eight (48) hours after the declaration of the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
