Further in continuation of its intimation dated 26th September, 2025 regarding Closure of Trading Window, and pursuant to Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the company is closed from 1st October, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid Financial Results of the Company.
