Aegis Logistics has informed that Aegis Logistics (the Company) and Aegis Vopak Terminals (AVTL), its Associate Company has executed today, November 05, 2025 a Framework Agreement wherein the Company will construct and develop Greenfield Terminal consist of 77,286 MT LPG storage capacity, 318,100 cbm Liquid Products storage and LPG Bottling Plant of 35,000 MT pa capacity (J2 Project) at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPA) which will be acquired by AVTL. The details, as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as an Annexure A.
