S.P. Apparels has invested an amount of Rs 4.35 crore as equity in S.P Apparels International (SPAIPL), Sri Lanka, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Investment in SPAIPL will enable the company to expand its business operations. SPAIPL is engaged in the business of manufacturing garments.
