Rajkamal Synthetics has received approval from board of directors for investment of 51% in a Private Limited Company namely ‘Indoframe Industries’, which will result in it becoming a subsidiary of the Company. The said company is presently under the process of incorporation. The objective of incorporation is to engage in manufacturing, processing, and fabrication of iron and steel structures and related products. The incorporation aligns fully with the main line of business intended by the promoters.
Rajkamal Synthetics is engaged in the business of textile and it also has a retail outlet of Women Wear in Jaipur.
