Donear Industries has informed that Govind Shrikhande (DIN:00029419), completed his second term of one year as an Independent Director and consequently he ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from November 10,2025. The Board of Directors of the Company expressed deep appreciation and gratitude to Govind Shrikhande for his extensive contribution and stewardship during his tenure. Further, in Compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’) requisite details of Govind Shrikhande are enclosed as Annexure I.
