Omaxe is all set to acquire the 100% equity shareholding of Next10 Realbuild and Next10 Land Developers (collectively referred to as the ‘Target Companies’). Further, upon completion of the above acquisitions, the Target Companies shall become Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of Omaxe.
The Target Companies belongs to Real Estate Industry. The company plans for the next phase of growth through the Target Companies and at present, there is no material impact of this acquisition. The said acquisitions of Target Companies will be completed by November 19, 2025.
