This partnership will be a game changer for Cerebra and serves as a strategic launch pad for Cerebra's and EWSI's vision to be global leaders in offering economic & environmental solutions for Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE). EWSI will bring in its proprietary engineering and technologies that can extract maximum value from end-of-life assets. This tie-up will be exclusive for India and also for other Geo's as mutually agreed upon.
Cerebra is in the process of setting up this recycling facility in Narsapura, Bangalore which is growing to be one of the largest and fastest growing Industrial zones. The Company has acquired 12 acres of land for this purpose and will kick start the implementation of this project soon. The Company will invest required amounts for the proposed project of setting up one of India's largest E-Waste Recycling Plants. Through the new plant and alliance, Cerebra will be better equipped to recycle E-Waste in domestic and will get an entry in international market, through EWSI's global network and clientele.
EWSI through this strategic alliance will get an entry into Indian E-Waste industry. The UK head Quartered Company will leverage Cerebra's strong domestic network and infrastructure to cater its existing Indian clients and will be poised well to generate more business opportunities in India.
