Dynemic Products has informed that there is ongoing Search operations by Income Tax Department at various premises of the Company from 12.11.2025. The Company is fully cooperating with the Income Tax officials. They cannot inform how much time the department will take to carry out the operation. Looking to the above situations at present they are unable to conduct the Board meeting scheduled to be held today to review, consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2025. The Board Meeting date and also will update the stock exchanges of the outcome of the above search operation upon receipt of the same from the Income Tax Department.
