Tata Motors reports consolidated net loss of Rs 867 crore in Q2

Tata Motors (Formerly TML Commercial Vehicles) has reported result for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26).

The company has reported net loss of Rs 1,021 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to net profit of Rs 643 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 9.21% at Rs 17,139 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 15,694 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 867 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to net profit of Rs 498 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 5.64% at Rs 18,757 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 17,755 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
