With reference to earlier intimation dated April 13, 2025, wherein the Company had intimated that the Management has withdrawn the suspension of operations order and has instead declared lockout at the Company’s Plant situated at Satara, Maharashtra with effect from April 12, 2025, Walchandnagar Industries has informed that after multiple discussions with the Recognized Union and Workers Representatives, the lockout has been called off with effect from November 24, 2025 and maintenance work of the plant has started. Operations of the Company at the Plant is expected to start from December 20, 2025 in phases. The details/disclosures required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
