Further, the details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed herewith in Annexure-I. The Board Meeting commenced at 3.30 PM and concluded at 4.30 PM.
