Kesar India has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Kesar Infraventures’ (KIPL) in Nagpur, Maharashtra, on November 26, 2025. The object of acquisition of the company is to expand the current business through subsidiary company.
KIPL will carry on the business of civil contractors, engineers and constructors of all kinds of residential, commercial, industrial, public, or private projects and buildings, roads, bridges, dams, canals, flyovers, tunnels, drainage systems, water supply and sewage systems, dams, reservoirs, power plants, and telecommunication work, and all other kinds of civil, structural, and infrastructure works.
Kesar India is engaged in the business of developing and constructing of projects such as residential & commercial plotting, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, mills and factory's buildings, workshop's building, etc.
