The proposed target asset under the CIRP comprises of the hotel property situated at 24/1, Vittal Mallya Road, KG Halli, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560001. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circulars dated July 13, 2023, and November 11, 2024, as amended, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
