Sundrop Brands has informed that Kavita, Company Secretary, whole-time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) appointed under the provisions of Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 read with amendments therein and rules made thereunder at Del Monte Foods (DMFPL), a Material Subsidiary Company of Sundrop Brands Limited (Formerly known as Agro Tech Foods Limited) (Company/Holding Company), submitted her resignation from the position of Company Secretary (KMP) vide her letter dated 27th November 2025 for statutory purposes effective close of business hours of 27th November 2025 from DMFPL, pursuant to her appointment as Company Secretary (KMP), Compliance Officer and Nodal officer in the Holding Company with effect from 28th November 2025 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Holding Company in their meeting held on 12th November, 2025. DMFPL has accepted her resignation. There are no other reasons other than those mentioned in the resignation letter. The copy of the resignation letter is enclosed.
