Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEPC has informed its unincorporated joint operation viz., SEPC-Furlong JV has received a Letter of Award as Service Provider for the Project ‘Development of New Civil Enclave at Bihta, Bihta Airport – Bihar for a total consideration of Rs.86 Crores. This Work Award is issued in furtherance of, and shall be strictly governed by, the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement which will be shared to the JV Shortly.
