In continuation to its letter dated 22nd September, 2025 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Supha Pharmachem has informed that the Office of the Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide the ‘Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name’ dated December 15, 2025, has approved the change of name of the Company from ‘REMEDIUM LIFECARE LIMITED to SUPHA PHARMACHEM LIMITED with effect from December 15, 2025. A copy of the said Certificate is enclosed. Due changes reflecting the aforesaid change of name of the Company in all records and documents of the Company will be appropriately carried out in due course. Further, the Company shall process the change of name application with BSE in due course.
