IEL has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 31st December 2025. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's Equity Shares. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 31st December 2025, will be intimated later.
