Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable provisions, Alfavision Overseas (India) has informed that the Company's bid for acquiring 9.8 Acres of land situated at Ujjain yielded into a letter of Intent No. MPSTC/95/MNG/97/ASSETS/ITU/1384 dated 28/11/1998 from MP Textile Corporation. In context of this matter, company has filed Writ Petition 30041/2022 before the Hon’ble High Court, Bench at Indore was listed on 09 December 2025. The Hon’ble Court has heard the matter on the question of admission and has issued notice to the respondents, directing that the process fee be paid by R.A.D. mode within seven working days. The notices have been made returnable within eight weeks. The Company is taking necessary steps to comply with the directions of the Hon’ble Court and will keep the Exchange informed of any further material developments in this matter.
