Juniper Hotels has informed that pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Board of Directors of Juniper Hotels (the Company) at their meeting held on Thursday, December 18, 2025 (today), have considered and approved the appointment of Mayur Chokshi (DIN: 01238535) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a first term of Two (2) consecutive years, commencing from December 18, 2025, to December 17, 2027, pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of shareholders. In terms of the circular dated June 20, 2018, issued by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Ref. No. NSE/CML/2018/24) and the circular dated June 20, 2018, issued by BSE Limited (Ref. No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19), it is hereby affirmed that Mayur Chokshi is not debarred from accessing capital markets and/ or restrained from holding the office of director by virtue of the SEBI orders or orders of any other competent authorities.
