Maithan alloys has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Maithan Capital’ on December 18, 2025. The object of incorporation of new subsidiary is to carry out Non-Banking Financial activities as may be permitted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 13, 2025 had inter-alia considered and approved the same.

Maithan Alloys engages in the manufacture and trading of ferro alloys in India and internationally. It also involves in the generation and supply of wind power.
