Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has informed that pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited (“Bank”) by its designated persons and their dependent(s) shall be closed from January 01, 2026. In compliance with SEBI circular dated April 21, 2025, the details of designated employees and their immediate relatives have been updated by the Bank on NSDL (designated depository) for PAN freeze. The Trading Window will open 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank for consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
