The company has informed that the said resolution has been passed with requisite majority on December 20, 2025 (the last date of e-voting). Pursuant to Regulation 44 (3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, it has submitted the details of the Voting Results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report. The voting results and the scrutinizer's report will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.rajoo.com.
