The Board Meeting date to approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months Ending on December 31, 2025 will be informed in due course. All Promoters/designated/connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
