Kesar India has executed a supplementary LLP agreement for increasing its stake in Trinity Buildcorp LLP from 30% to 37%. The object of investment in the LLP is to diversify business of Construction and Real Estate Activities.
Trinity Buildcorp LLP is incorporated in Nagpur, India on May 14, 2025. Trinity Buildcorp LLP is yet to commence its business operations.
