Storage Technologies and Automation has informed that the Company has received Order under section 73 of KGST ACT from the GST Department, Karnataka, pertaining to FY 2021–22, on 18 December 2025. The order involves tax of ?6,376, interest of ?4,208 and penalty of ?20,000, aggregating to ?30,584. This penalty has been imposed in accordance with Section 73(9) Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (KGST Act) and of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act). Information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and Schedule III and the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, on the above-mentioned penalty issue is enclosed as Annexure A (which was also enclosed to the intimation dated 20.12.2025).
