In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gravita India has informed that Gravita Netherlands BV (‘GNBV’), a step-down subsidiary of the company, has decided to further invest in Gravita Europe S.R.L., a subsidiary of GNBV. This investment will involve the acquisition of an additional 3,50,891 shares, representing 15% of Gravita Europe S.R.L. As a result of this acquisition, Gravita Netherlands B.V.'s shareholding in Gravita Europe S.R.L. will increase from the current 80% to 95%. Details, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in line with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A.
