Pursuant to Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and any amendments thereto, Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed for the designated persons and their relatives defined under the 'Code of Conduct' from Thursday, January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after announcement / declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the said results will be intimated in due course.
