Sayaji Hotels has inked pact to manage and operate Siddhi Garima Reality’s 4-star rated Hotel in Chakan, Pune. In this regard, the company has entered into the Hotel Management Agreement with the Siddhi Garima Reality. The company will manage the Hotel for a period of 15 years from the date of commercial commencement. The Hotel property will consist of 110 Hotel Rooms, 1 Banquet Hall, 1 Restaurant, 1 Board Room, Gym, SPA. The Hotel will be operated under the brand name -- ‘EFFOTEL BY SAYAJI’.
