It is requested to the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 (including amendments thereto) and not to trade or deal otherwise in the Company’s securities during the above period of trading window closure. The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025, will be intimated separately.
