Sayaji Hotels has informed that Sayaji Hotels (the Company) has entered into the Hotel Management Agreement with the SPJ Recreational Centre for the purpose of providing operational services and managing hotel property situated at Takve Khurd, Taluka Maval, Near Wet and Joy Park, District Pune Maharashtra, 410405 in line with the brand standards of the Company. The requisite details in respect of the Hotel Management Agreement entered by the Company as per Regulation 30 read with Schedule-III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-1.
