Sayaji Hotels inks pact to manage, operate 5-star rated hotel of SPJ Recreational Centre

Sayaji Hotels has entered into the hotel management agreement with the SPJ Recreational Centre. Under this agreement, the company will manage and operate the 5-star rated hotel owned by SPJ Recreational Centre located at Takve Khurd, Maval, Pune. The handover dated is on or before December 31, 2027.

The agreement is for 15 years from the date of commercial commencement of hotel. After which the agreement may be renewed on mutually agreed terms for each renewal period of 5 years.

Sayaji Hotels is primarily engaged in the business of owning, operating & managing hotels.
