Omax Autos has informed that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for 'Designated Persons' from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, Board Meeting date to consider, approve and take on record the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.
