The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Insiders/Designated Persons have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
