Standard Industries has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed, for all the Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives, with effect from 1st January, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
